Magnolia completes PBA On Tour sweep with win vs Terrafirma

The Magnolia Chicken Timplados Hotshots capped off their campaign in the 2023 PBA On Tour with a 106-92 win against the Terrafirma Dyip to complete a tournament sweep on Wednesday at the Filoil EcoOil Centre.

Magnolia ended their On Tour run with a clean 11-0 card while the Dyip dropped to 4-7 to close out its campaign.

James Laput shone off the bench as the big man churned out a double-double outing of 16 points and 11 rebounds alongside one assist and one steal while Joseph Eriobu, who was originally from the team's 3x3 squad, listed 15 markers.

Mark Barroca and Aris Dionisio also helped the cause with 12 and 10 points apiece. Playmaker Jio Jalalon chipped in 12 assists while also collecting three points, eight rebounds, and a swat.
