Carmelo Anthony back in Manila for World Cup finals

Carmelo Anthony is back in Manila!

Anthony, one of the global ambassadors of the 2023 FIBA World Cup, arrived in the country on Thursday for a series of events leading to the World Cup finals on Sunday.

The three-time Olympic gold medalist went to the Philippines on February during the final window of the World Cup qualifiers. 

Aside from Anthony, ambassadors Pau Gasol and Luis Scola are expected to arrive in the country for the World Cup finals.
