James Yap inks one-conference deal with Rain or Shine

Former PBA Most Valuable Player James Yap will be back for one more conference for the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters.

Rain or Shine announced on Tuesday that Yap has signed a one-conference deal and will play in the upcoming Commissioner's Cup of the PBA's 48th season.

Yap made his return to the PBA last January during the Governors' Cup after not playing since the 2021 PBA Governors' Cup in Bacolor, Pampanga.

The PBA is scheduled to open its two-conference season on November 5.
