PBA: Magnolia beats Titan to go 2-0 in Philippine Cup

Magnolia notched its second consecutive victory after defeating the Titan Ultra Giant Risers, 127-119, on Friday in the PBA Philippine Cup at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

The Hotshots held a 92-88 lead at the end of the third period before opening the final frame with a 13-0 run to pull away.

That run proved enough for the Hotshots to hold off the Ultra Risers and secure their second win.

Zav Lucero tallied 23 points, 17 rebounds, four assists, and a block, while Ian Sangalang added 21 points.

Joshua Munzon led the Giant Risers with 28 points, while Ato Ular chipped in 17, as they dropped to 1-2.
