TNT’s Poy Erram on PBA Philippine Cup loss vs San Miguel: ‘Mas magaling silang team’
It was another heartbreaking loss for TNT as San Miguel once again claimed the PBA Philippine Cup.
For the second straight All-Filipino Conference, the Beermen spoiled the Tropang 5G’s title hopes, consistently getting the better of TNT on the biggest stage.
On Sunday, San Miguel did it again, defeating TNT, 92-77, in Game 6 of the Finals.
It was yet another tough loss for Poy Erram, who finished with 11 points and five rebounds in the losing effort.
“Sayang. Actually may chance eh,” Erram said, as he broke down the game from a technical standpoint.
Erram said several factors contributed to the loss, but he acknowledged that San Miguel was simply the better team in the series.
“Ganun talaga eh. Mas magaling silang team eh,” the TNT big man said.
For now, Erram said he will shift his focus to rest and recovery, as well as spending more time with his family.
