Kevin Quiambao of the Goyang Sono Skygunners has been named the KBL Rookie of the Year.

The league announced the recognition on Thursday.

For the season, Quiambao averaged 15.3 points, 6.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and 1.1 steals per game.

He is the third consecutive Filipino to receive the recognition, following RJ Abarrientos and JD Cagulangan.
