PBA Scores today: Rain or Shine vs San Miguel and Barangay Ginebra vs Phoenix - Commissioner's Cup Quarterfinals

Rain or Shine and Barangay Ginebra advanced to the PBA Commissioner’s Cup semifinals after defeating their respective opponents, San Miguel and Phoenix, on Friday at the Ynares Center in Antipolo.

  • Andrei Caracut scored 29 points to lead the Elasto Painters, while import Jalen Johnson contributed 23 points, 12 rebounds, five assists, and two blocks.
  • Bennie Boatwright paced San Miguel with 24 points, while CJ Perez added 19 markers in the loss.
• Barangay Ginebra 112-81 Phoenix
  • Barangay Ginebra pulled away in the second quarter after outscoring Phoenix, 34-15, to take a commanding 64-44 lead at halftime. The Gin Kings continued their dominance in the third period, limiting the Fuel Masters to just 10 points while scoring 26 of their own to stay comfortably ahead until the final buzzer.
  • Justin Brownlee, who briefly returned to the dugout in the third quarter due to a hamstring issue, came back to the bench in the fourth period and finished with 24 points, five rebounds, and five assists. Scottie Thompson added 16 points, nine rebounds, and nine assists.
  • Ricci Rivero posted 15 points and eight rebounds, while Johnathan Williams tallied 13 points and 11 rebounds for Phoenix.

Rain or Shine and Barangay Ginebra will face each other in the semifinals.
