Kacey dela Rosa, Jack Animam, Vanessa de Jesus banner Gilas Pilipinas Women roster for FIBA Olympic Pre-Qualifying Tournament

Kacey dela Rosa, Jack Animam, and Vanessa de Jesus headline the Gilas Pilipinas Women roster for the FIBA Women's Olympic Pre-Qualifying Tournament, which will be held from August 17 to 23 in Mexico.

Joining them are Kent Pastrana, Afril Bernardino, Louna Ozar, Sophia Dignadice, Jhaz Joson, Angel Surada, Monique del Carmen, Alyssa Rodriguez, and Janine Pontejos under new head coach BT Toews.

The Philippines is in Group B alongside host Mexico, Canada, and Senegal, with only the top two teams from each group advancing to the knockout stage.

Group A consists of Brazil, Argentina, New Zealand, and South Sudan.

The tournament champion will earn a spot in the FIBA Women's Olympic Qualifying Tournament.
