On the heels of a report by the Nevada attorney general that no crime had been committed, which resulted in Timothy Bradley's upset split-decision victory over Filipino ring icon Manny Pacquiao, Nevada Athletic Commission Executive Director Keith Kizer said that he was "satisfied" with the results of a review he conducted with the three ringside judges of that fight. "I sat down with the three judges individually and we watched each of the specific rounds of the fight that that particular judge gave to Bradley," Kizer told RingTV.com. "We were very satisfied with their performances that night, and we were very satisfied with their review of the tapes with us last week. We feel that they did a good job that night and we were satisfied with their review." Kizer also revealed that the chairman of the Commission, Raymond "Skip" Avansino, had spoken to each judge individually, and would give a report of their conversations on July 9. Originally, Kizer had refused to conduct a review of the performance of the three judges, who scored it 115-113, 115-113, and 113-115 in favor of Bradley, telling the Los Angeles Times, "Every fighter who loses a close fight looks at the judges." But the deluge of backlash eventually got Kizer to change his tune, telling RingTV.com, "Even with bouts with less controversy, judges like to review the tape anyway." The results of Kizer's review however, fly in the face of the review conducted by the World Boxing Organization, whose panel of five international judges gave Pacquiao a unanimous victory by scores of 117-111, 117-111, 118-110, 116-112, and 115-113. Pacquiao is scheduled to fight again come November 10 (November 11, PHL time), but there is no decision yet as to whether he will invoke his rematch clause and take up the WBO's recommendation for a rematch against Bradley, or if he will face other foes, such as Juan Manuel Marquez. - AMD, GMA News
