Filipino boxing icon and Sarangani Rep. Emmanuel "Manny" Pacquiao expects to choose within a week's time his foe for his next bout, scheduled for November 10. In an interview that aired on "24 Oras" Sunday evening, Pacquiao said he has been presented with a list of names, and may make a decision in five to seven days. "May mga names na pagpilian... In five to seven days malalaman natin," he said. The report said the list of possible opponents includes Juan Manuel Marquez, who had previously tangled with Pacquiao three-times, Timothy Bradley Jr., who defeated Pacquiao last June, and Floyd Mayweather Jr., who was recently released from jail. Pacquiao's promoter Bob Arum noted Pacquiao has a rematch clause with Bradley, who won over Pacquiao via a controversial split decision. Arum said it is up to Pacquiao whether to avail of that clause. But Arum confirmed the next fight for the Filipino champ will be on November 10. "The complete camp is going to be in Los Angeles. I'm confident going forward we're going to see a new Manny Pacquiao," he said. - AMD, GMA News
