Pacquiao mourns WBC head’s death
Filipino boxing icon and Sarangani Rep. Manny Pacquiao on Friday mourned the death of World Boxing Council president Jose Sulaiman.

In a post on his Twitter account, Pacquiao said Sulaiman was "very kind" to him.
"My prayers go out to the family of Jose Sulaiman. He was very kind to me. God bless you all," he said.
A report on The Ring magazine said Sulaiman died Thursday (Friday, PHL time) in Los Angeles at age 82 (http://ringtv.craveonline.com/news/312853-jose-sulaiman-president-of-the-wbc-dies-at-82).
The report said the cause of death was not immediately announced though Sulaiman had been hospitalized recently because of a heart condition.
Sulaiman headed the WBC for nearly 40 years, and entered the International Boxing Hall of Fame in 2007. - AMD, GMA News
