Peñalosa brothers Dodie Boy Jr. and Dave will once again take the centerstage when they stake their respective undefeated records on the line at Mandaluyong City Gym on Saturday.

The hard punching Dodie Boy Jr. (12-0, 11KOs) is tasked to slug it out against late replacement Dicky Amtiran on the main event after his original opponent, Yon Armed of Indonesia, felt ill this fight week.

Dave (8-0, 5KOs), who is viewed by some scribes as the more technically sound between the two, will feature in his first eight-round bout against Danilo Gabisay of Bulacan.

The Peñalosa siblings are sons of former Filipino world champion Dodie Boy. The event is promoted by their uncle, Gerry Peñalosa, also a former world champion.

Former world title challenger Bernabe Concepcion (32-6-1, 18KOs) and southpaw Eden Sonsona (32-6-1, 10KOs) will also be on the undercard for a ten-round contest. — JST, GMA News
