Mayweather's dad accuses Manny Pacquiao of drug use anew

Floyd Mayweather Sr. accused Manny Pacquiao yet again of using his illegal substances following his son's twelve-round victory over Marcos Maidana this past Saturday (Sunday PHL time).

Talking to a group of reporters after the fight, Mayweather Sr. uttered their old accusation that Pacquiao used performance enhancing drugs at one point in his career.

"What Pacquiao did over these years is fake people out, had people thinking that he was knocking somebody out," Mayweather Sr. told Boxingscene.com.

"He wasn't knocking no damn body out. All he did, like I said, he used drugs. That's what he did."

Pacquiao filed a lawsuit against Mayweather and his group that includes Floyd Jr., Sr., and uncle Roger in 2009. According to Pacquiao, the Mayweathers had accused him of using performance-enhancing drugs.

Pacquiao then dropped the defamation lawsuit three years later after reaching an out of court settlement with the family. — JST, GMA News
