Report: Pacquiao selling Forbes Park mansion for P708 million

Manny Pacquiao is looking to sell his mansion inside ritzy Forbes Park, but it won't come cheap.

 

A report by Philippine Star columnist Jose Manuel "Babe" Romualdez, citing "real estate informants," pegged the price tag for the property at P708 million.

 

Pacquiao bought the property in 2011 reportedly for P388 million.

 

In an interview on "Balitanghali" on Thursday ahead of his fight with Chris Algieri this Sunday, Pacquiao confirmed that he has talked about the decision with his wife Jinkee.

 

"Ang bisita ko iba-iba, nakakahiya naman sa mga kapitbahay ko na may mga bisita akong nakatsinelas lang," Pacquiao said.

 

Forbes Park is an exclusive neighborhood that is known to be home to some of the wealthiest families in the country.

 

"Baka nakakaistorbo ako, siyempre sikat na sikat na subdivision 'yun," he said. "Ako naman kasi wala akong pinipili na bisita." — JST, GMA News
