Aside from agreeing to all demands from Floyd Mayweather, Manny Pacquiao is also pushing for a $5 million fine in case either of them would fail the drug test for their proposed fight.
To show he is serious in making the fight come to fruition, Pacquiao said was the one who pushed for the hefty penalty to lay to rest any doubts about the fight bein clean.
"'Di na problema ‘yon (drug test). Doon sa mga kasunduan, ako ang nag-suggest na magkaroon ng $5 million na multa pag may nag-positive sa drugs. Ako nagpa-insert ‘nun [sa kontrata]," said Pacquiao.
The Mayweather camp, particularly the unbeaten American's father Floyd Sr., has repeatedly hinted at Pacquiao using performance enhancing drugs during the Filipino ring icon's rapid rise through the weight ranks.
Pacquiao had previously sued the Mayweathers for defamation because of those allegations. The case had since been settled out of court.
