Eumir Marcial defeats Pichardo via UD for third straight pro win

Filipino Olympian Eumir Marcial on Sunday won his third professional fight, this time against American Steven Pichardo in their 6-round middleweight match in Carson, California.

Marcial won via unanimous decision against Pichardo, 60-54, despite suffering an injury from a headbutt.

The Marcial-Pichardo fight was one of the undercard matches in the Sebastian Fundora-Carlos Ocampo match.

The Olympic bronze medalist previously won against Andrew Whitfield (UD) and Isaiah Heart (TKO).
