Pagara, 35-1 with 24 knockouts, is on a ten-fight winning streak since he tasted his first professional defeat at the hands of Caesar Juarez in 2016. Once touted as a bright prospect, the upcoming bout will be Pagara's first fight overseas in 8 years.
Moton, meanwhile, is Floyd Mayweather's protege with a record of 6-0 with 5 knockouts. He last fought in October when he stopped Hilario Moreno and was supposed to fight again last month but the bout was canceled after he came in overweight.
The eight two-minute round exhibition between Ryan Garcia and Rukiya Anpo will also feature mixed martial arts in its undercard.
