Adamson, UP win in UAAP women's softball

The Adamson University Lady Falcons and the University of the Philippines Lady Maroons overcame their opponents Tuesday to remain unscatch in the UAAP women's softball tournament. The Lady Falcons banked on Nelsa Delagente's key hit to the right-center that gave Cloine Muyco the chance to score and post an 8-7 victory over University of Santo Tomas Tigresses in an extra inning. The Lady Maroons defeated the University of the East Red Amazons, 5-3, to keep the leadership they now holds with the Lady Falcons. UST drops to a 2-2 card while UE is still winless in three games. - GMANews.TV
