UAAP: Ex-Ateneo coach takes over reins of NU Lady Bulldogs

Veteran coach Roger Gorayeb will make his UAAP return on Wednesday as he takes over the reins of the National University Lady Bulldogs against University of Santo Tomas at Mall of Asia Arena.

 

The respected coach will take over a Lady Bulldogs side that has underachieved, going 2-3 in their first five games in UAAP Season 77.

 

Gorayeb, who led the Ateneo Lady Eagles to runner-up finishes in 2012 and 2013, was tapped to replace Ariel dela Cruz just last Monday.

 

Jaja Santiago, Myla Pablo, Rizza Mandapat, and rookie Jorelle Singh are expected to blossom under Gorayeb's guidance. —JST, GMA News
