On Monday morning, Cherry May Regalado won for the Philippines its 11th bronze medal in the Pencak Silat Women’s Singles.

Singapore’s Nurzuhairah, Mohammad Yazid took home silver, while Indonesia’s Puspa Arumsari bagged the gold.
Yesterday, the Philippines also bagged back-to-back bronze medals from the men's Pencak Silat events, courtesy of Dines Dumaan and Jefferson Loon.
The Philippines now ranks 16th in the overall Asiad medal tally with three golds and 11 bronze medals. — LA, GMA News
