RP cagers who will train for 2010 Junior Olympics listed

The list of basketball players who will train for competition in the 2010 Junior Olympics was released on Wednesday by the National Basketball Training Center (NBTC)-National Capital Region. In a press statement, NBTC national training director Eric Altamirano said these National Youth team players will undergo a year of training under the program headed by Manny V. Pangilinan for the Basketball Association of the Philippines-Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas. The members will be officially introduced to Pangilinan, BAP-SBP officials, and sponsor Nokia on January 19 at the Makati Sports Club. "Their coaches and parents will also be there to grace the event as we at the NBTC congratulate them and at the same time seek their cooperation for players' training for the national youth teams," Altamirano said.
