Win or lose in the 2012 AFC Challenge Cup, the Philippine Azkals will come home to a Disciplinary Committee hearing that will decide their fate as a team.   Philippine Football Federation (PFF) Secretary General Roland Tulay admitted that their office has forwarded former Philippine Olympic Committee President Cristina Ramos' complaint against Azkals Lexton Moy and Angel Guirado to the Disciplinary Committee.   "Hopefully by the end of the week the Disciplinary Committee will already schedule a committee hearing," said Tulay.   Being the first sexual harassment case the PFF has ever handled, Tulay stressed that the PFF is still unsure as to how the Disciplinary Committee will handle the complaint.   "I don’t exactly know how the committee will approach this particular case. It is a very novel case because the usual will be a verbal abuse or even a physical confrontation between a match official and some of the players but sexual per se it's very novel," Tulay disclosed.   If found guilty, Guirado and Moy may be declared ineligible to represent the country in future matches.    "Assuming…that they be found liable by the disciplinary committee and they do not appeal the decision, it depends on how the Disciplinary Committee will appreciate all the facts of the case. [The sanctions can] range from reprimand to match suspensions," Tulay added.   The Azkals face Tajikistan next on Tuesday, 4:30 pm Manila time. A win against their opponents will take the Philippines to the semifinals of the tournament for the first time in the country’s history.  - Renee Fopalan / AMD, GMA News
