Younghusbands team up with Chelsea FC Soccer School for summer camp

Filipino kids now have an opportunity to be trained by one of the best football clubs in the world as the Chelsea FC Soccer School holds its first summer camp in the Philippines through The Younghusband Football Academy.

 

The camp will be held from April 17 to May 10, 2012 at the Evia Football Field in Las Piñas City. The Under 12 and Under 16 age groups train from 2 to 4 p.m. while the Under 8 and Under 10 divisions take the field from 4 to 6 p.m. The program costs P8,500 pesos, inclusive of one authentic Chelsea practice shirt. The culminating activity for the participants will be held on May 15 at the SM Mall of Asia. 

 

The Younghusbands were former scholars at the Chelsea Youth Academy. They were also part of the Chelsea reserve team before playing for the Philippine national football team. — Reneé A. Fopalan/JVP, GMA News
