After failing to equalize in the second half, the Philippine national women's football team, also known as the Malditas, lost to Thailand 0-1 in their 2014 AFC Women's Asian Cup match for Group B in Bangladesh on Thursday.
There was no disallowed goal during our match. The shot was not from a free kick. IT came a few min earlier. Anyway Thai goal was offside!

Thailand forward Nisa Romyen, who scored four in their 9-0 goal party against Bangladesh, accounted for the game's lone score in the 37th minute against the Malditas.

It's a letdown for the ladies, who were hoping to ride the momentum of their 6-0 rout of Iran, Tuesday.
The Philippines will finish off the round by playing the hosts on Saturday, May 25. They'll be hoping Iran upsets Thailand though, in order to have a chance to progress beyond the group stage.- CLP/ELR, GMA News
