Retiring Filipinas veteran Inna Palacios reflects on SEA Games gold: ‘This one is special’

Retiring Filipinas veteran Inna Palacios reflected on the Philippine Women’s National Football Team’s recent gold medal victory at the 2025 Southeast Asian Games.

The Philippines captured the gold medal on December 17, a match that also marked Palacios’ final cap with the national team.

“This one is special,” Palacios wrote in the caption of her Instagram post on December 22.

“Not because of me, but because of the reaction of every one of them. Gonna miss this so much. I love you guys.”
