Filipino Juvic Pagunsan's string of three birdies marred what could have been a great finish in the third round of the $8.5-million WGC Cadillac Championship at the TPC Blue Monster course in Doral, Florida.   After two birdies and two bogeys cancelled out the initial four holes, Pagunsan gained three shots on Nos. 5, 11 and 14, to quickly advance to the top 10 in the last four holes.  But he found trouble on Nos. 15, 16, and 17 to wound up with an even 72.   With 212 heading to the final 18 holes, Pagunsan was 13 shots down from American Bubba Watson, who tallied a 199 after a 67.   "Juvic will be aiming to claim the best place we can," said Bones Floro, the 33-year-old Asian Tour Order of Merit champion's business manager and spokesman.   Keagan Bradley (66) of the US and Justin Rose of Scotland (69) stood on joint second with 202s in the chase for the $1.4-million champion's purse.   The world's top golfer Rory McIlroy (65) and former No. 1 Tiger Woods (68) shared eighth spot with 207s.  No. 3 Lee Westwood had a 68 and 211. - AMD, GMA News
