After becoming a professional basketball player in last month's PBA draft, Filipino boxing icon Manny Pacquiao is setting his sights on another sport: billiards.

According to a report on "Balita Pilipinas Ngayon," the WBO welterweight champion will hold a 10-Ball doubles billiards tournament featuring some thirty crack billiards players, including Filipino legends Efren "Bata" Reyes, Django Bustamante, Dennis Orcollo, Alex Pagulayan, and Ronnie Alcano.

Fresh from a worldwide tour to promote his November 23 fight with Chris Algieri, Pacquiao has teamed up with Alcano for the MP Cup 10 Tournament, will be held from Wednesday to Friday at SM City General Santos.

International billiards stars John Morra of Canada, Kim Ga-Young of South Korea, and Thorsten Hohmann of Germany will also participate in the event.
