URCC 25: Takeover to air on GMA-7

The Universal Reality Combat Championship (URCC) mixed martial arts championship is set to air on GMA-7 on October 26.
The event, dubbed as URCC 25: Takeover, is the first and longest running professional mixed martial arts tournament in the Philippines and the Southeast Asia. It was founded in 2002 by Alvin Aguilar, the "Father of Philippine Martial Arts" and a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belter.
The official weighin of the fighters is scheduled on Wednesday, October 22, while the event will be held on October 23 at Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City at 7 p.m.
It will showcase the fight between Filipino Knockout King Caloy Baduria and Mark Palomar. The clash between Nickson Kola and Chris Hoffman, who are both undefeated in the amateru mixed martial arts circuit, is also one of the biggest matches of the event.
Other Pinoy martial artists such as Angelito "The Saint" Manguray will also see action for the Philippines.
