Volleyball star Rachel Anne Daquis in top 10 of latest FHM sexiest poll results

 

 

Rachel Anne Daquis underlined her status as the It Girl of Philippine volleyball, crashing the top 10 of FHM Philippines' sexiest women poll with just a few days to go in the voting.

 

The volleyball star, who is currently with the national team for the Philippines campaign in the Southeast Asian games in Singapore, landed at No. 7 on the list. She is the only athlete in the top 10. Ahead of her are Andrea Torres, Jennylyn Mercado, Sam Pinto, Angel Locsin, Ellen Adarna, and Solenn Heussaff. Rounding out the top 10 are Jinri Park, Alodia Gosiengfiao, and Max Collins.

 

Daquis, who recently helped Philippine Army to the finals of the Shakey's V-League Open Conference, was featured on the cover of FHM's October 2014 issue. She revealed her initial hesitation before agreeing to pose for the issue.

 

"To be honest, it was a long process bago ako nag-yes. At first andun ang hesitation ko kasi iniisip ko ang mga followers kong bata," she told FHM.com.ph.

 

"But after the talks and brainstorming with the team, I finally decided to say yes. Plus, we came up with a sporty peg kaya rin ako pumayag. And alam ko na matutuwa ang mga supporters ko pag nakita nila ako sa cover." —JST, GMA News
