Jomary Torres disappoints in decision loss in Jakarta
JAKARTA - Filipina atomweight Jomary Torres tasted her first defeat following a highly disappointing performance against Priscilla Hertati Gaol on the preliminary of "ONE: Conquest of Heroes" Saturday night at the Jakarta Convention Center in Indonesia.
It was a technical ground game in the opening round as both fighters spent their time fighting on the mat. Gaol was mainly the aggressor, and even attempted to pull a guillotine choke several times.

Torres continued to look for a takedown in round two, but just like the first round, was unsuccessful. Gaol started to rally on the seemingly outmatched Torres as the former unleashed knees and ground-and-pound on the Filipina.
The bout looked the same in round three as Torres showed no signs of adjustments to swing the fight in her favor. After three five-minute rounds, Gaol was declared the winner by unanimous decision.
