Lowen Tynanes stops Honorio Banario

Lowen Tynanes proved too much for Honorio Banario as he scored a first-round technical knockout victory in the co-main event of ONE: Hero's Ascent, Friday night at Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay.

Banario and Tynanes fought on their feet in the opening minute of round one. Both landed hard shots of their own before the Hawaiian successfully went for a takedown.

While on the mat, Tynanes unleashed vicious ground and pound that forced the referee to halt the contest at the 4:46 mark of the first round.

The technical knockout victory moved Tynanes' unbeaten record to 10-0 while Banario fell to 14-8. — BAP, GMA News
