Lea Salonga sings SEA Games theme song

A video showing singer and Broadway star Lea Salonga singing the official theme song of the 30th Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games) has been released.

According to a report on State of the Nation with Jessica Soho on Friday, Salonga worked on the song, entitled "We win as one," with musician and composer Ryan Cayabyab and writer-director Floy Quintos.

The SEA Games will be held in various venues in the country on November this year.

Meanwhile, the Sampaguita-themed SEA Games torch, which is the work of sculptor Daniel de la Cruz, has been revealed to the public.

The Sampaguita flower, he said, is a symbol of beauty, humility, and power of the Filipinos. — BAP, GMA News
