PHL arnis team sweeps 4 golds in men's live stick

The Philippine arnis team swept the four golds in men's live stick at the Southeast Asian Games on Sunday at the Angeles University Foundation, Pampanga.

Mike Bañares, 35, won the fourth gold after beating Thai Viet Phu of Vietnam via unanimous decision in the men's live stick welterweight division.

Earlier, Dexler Bolambao, Niño Mark Talledo, and Villardo Cunamay captured golds in the bantamweight, featherweight division, and lightweight divisions.
