PHL tankers bag 2 silvers, Alkhaldi cops two more bronzes

Filipino tankers bagged two more silvers and two bronze medals in the swimming events held Saturday at the New Clark City Aquatics Center.

In the 4x100m women's freestyle relay, the team of Jasmine Alkhaldi, Remedy Rule, Nicole Oliva, and Xiandi Chua finished seven seconds behind Indonesia to get a silver medal. Thailand finished with the bronze.

Jasmine Alkhaldi copped two bronze medals in the women's 50m butterfly and 100m backstroke.

Chloe Isleta eclipsed Alkhaldi in the 100m backstroke to finish with a silver medal after clocking in at 1:03.85. Vietnam won the gold.
