Pinoy skateboarders rule men's downhill for another 1-2 finish
Filipino skateboarders sustained their dominance at the Southeast Asian Games on Sunday at the Tagaytay City Extreme Sports Complex.
Jaime de Lange and Duke Raphael Pandeagua completed another 1-2 finish for the Philippines, as they claimed gold and silver in the men's downhill category. Malaysia's Shahrafidz Ahmad settled for bronze.
In the women's division, Rydelle Abarico nabbed bronze in the women's downhill event. Malaysia's Grace Wong bagged gold, while Thailand's Nuansamorn Pimchua clinched bronze.
Earlier, Christiana Means and Jericho Francisco Jr. pulled off the back-to-back gold medal finish in the park skate.
In the previous days, Margielyn Didal and Means also had 1-2 finishes in the women's Game of S.K.A.T.E. and street categories.
