PHL's Sarah Dequinan bags gold in heptathlon

Filipino trackster Sarah Dequinan bagged another gold medal for the Philippines as she emerged victorious in women's heptathlon at the Southeast Asian Games on Sunday at the New Clark City.

Dequinan had an aggregate score of 5101 to topple everyone in competition.

She bested Malaysia's Norliyanah Kamaruddin who registered a score of 4906, Thailand's Sunisa Khutseemuang with 4730, and compatriot Josefa Ligmayo with 4603.
