Cray, Knott lead PHL to gold in 4X100m mixed relay
Kristina Knott and Eric Cray teamed up in the 4X100m mixed relay to deliver another gold medal for the Philippines at the Southeast Asian Games on Sunday at the New Clark City Athletics Stadium.
Anfernee Lopena and Eloiza Luzon joined them to complete the quartet, clocking in 41.67 seconds to cross the finish line ahead of the field.
Thailand took the silver with a time of 41.99 seconds while Malaysia registered 42.40 seconds to claim the bronze.
Meanwhile, Mariano Masano grabbed the silver medal in the men's 1500m, clocking in at 4:08.27. He finished behind Van Thai Duong of Vietnam, who registered a time of 4:06.63.
Thailand's Yothin Yaprajan recorded 4:08.90 for the bronze.
