Guggenheim, Ramirez nab 2 golds for jiu-jitsu

The Philippine national team closed the final day of jiu-jitsu competition with two gold medals at the Southeast Asian Games on Tuesday at the LausGroup Event Center in Pampanga.

Adrian Guggenheim won by submission against Willy Willy of Indonesia in the men's 77kg for the gold. Annie Ramirez also secured the gold against Cassandra Poyong of Malaysia, 3-0, in the women's 55kg. 

Meanwhile, Luigi Ladera settled for the silver medal against Natdanai Netthip of Thailand in the men's 94kg. Apryl Eppinger also claimed the bronze in the women's 62kg while Peter Meimban took the bronze in the men's 120kg.
