Sunsparks claim back-to-back title in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League - Philippines Season 5

The Sunsparks once again ruled the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League - Philippines (MPL-PH) after defending their title in the finals of MPL-PH Season 5 on Sunday.

The back-to-back champs composed of players with in-game names Greed, Kielvj, Jaypee, Rafflesia, Killuash, and Renzio, defeated Onic PH, three games to one.

Kielvj was named Finals MVP of the tournament. "Sa mga sumusuporta sa amin, thank you dahil hindi kayo nagsawang sumuporta sa amin," he said.

In a post-match interview, Sunsparks' Rafflesia said, "Mas sobrang matamis [ngayon] kasi na-defend namin 'yung title, di kami natalo sa championship and nagdire-diretso kami from upper bracket [na] first game hanggang sa championship."

The Sunsparks will take home $25,000 from the prize pool. — LA, GMA News
