UFC veteran and Bareknuckle fighter Paige VanZant is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms and she's blaming her husband Austin Vanderford for it.

The 30-year-old Vanderford was recently pulled out of his fight at Bellator 246 after he tested positive for the virus.

In a video posted on social media, VanZant told her husband, “You gave me corona.”

What’s surprising though is, despite experiencing symptoms, VanZant has yet to have herself tested again.

Well..... we are officially sick. We need your help though. So, Austin was starting to get sick and tested positive. I immediately went and got tested and it came back negative.... the next day I started getting sick and have progressively been getting worse the last few days. Today I feel absolutely terrible!!!!! I posted the full video on our YouTube and we need some advice. Do I have Covid, or something else? I have a 102 fever and tons of other symptoms. Has he been sick this whole time since he tested positive a month ago. I am so confused by all of this. We are staying home but can’t seems to find any answers. Should I go get tested again???? Please watch, the link is in my bio. LMK.

“Well, we are officially sick," she began. "Austin was starting to get sick and tested positive. I immediately went and got tested and it came back negative,” she wrote.

“The next day I started getting sick and have progressively been getting worse the last few days. Today I feel absolutely terrible!”

But instead of consulting a doctor, VanZant is seeking help from fans.

“I posted the full video on our YouTube and we need some advice. Do I have Covid, or something else? I have a 102 fever and tons of other symptoms,” she said.

According to the World Health Organization, the most common symptoms of COVID-19 are fever, dry cough, and tiredness.

"Other symptoms that are less common and may affect some patients include aches and pains, nasal congestion, headache, conjunctivitis, sore throat, diarrhea, loss of taste or smell or a rash on skin or discoloration of fingers or toes. These symptoms are usually mild and begin gradually. Some people become infected but only have very mild symptoms," it said on its website.

WHO recommends for those experiencing minor symptoms like slight cough or a mild fever to stay home, self-isolate, monitor their symptoms.

If you experience difficulty in breathing and chest pains however, WHO advises to seek medical help. — LA, GMA News
