WATCH: Finish to McGregor-Poirier at UFC 264

Dustin Poirier emerged victorious in the third installment of his series against Conor McGregor in the main event of UFC 264 on Saturday.

Poirier won the match via doctor's stoppage after McGregor broke his ankle at the five minute mark of the first round.

McGregor won the first match of their faceoff back in 2014 with a first round technical knockout (TKO), while Poirier equalized the series in 2020 at UFC 257 by a round two TKO.

Earlier, Gilbert Burns defeated Stephen Thompson via a unanimous decision.
