Jorge Masvidal vows to end Colby Covington rivalry in a 'very violent way'
Mixed martial arts superstar Jorge Masvidal vowed to end his bitter rivalry with former UFC interim welterweight champion Colby Covington in a violent fashion when they meet inside the cage at UFC 272 on March 5 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, USA.
The hard-hitting Masvidal and Covington used to be best friends until the latter suddenly turned his back and called the fan-favorite "Street Judas" and a journeyman. They also used to train together at the American Top Team.
"Keep talking s***, though. March 5 is getting closer and so is this knee to your temple. Not only am I going to break your face in a very violent way, but the UFC is going to see you as such a liability they're going to kick you out," Masvidal said in a video he posted on Twitter.
"And then it's going to be back to Indian reservations where you can fight. Maybe you can co-main event or some s*** like that because I don't think you can main event after I'm done with you in any show," he continued.

Masvidal, 37, reached global stardom and became one of the biggest draws in the UFC after he stopped ex-Bellator and ONE welterweight world champion with a flying knee in five seconds. However, he is coming off back-to-back defeats against UFC welterweight champ Kamaru Usman.
"I'm going to f*** you up, man, keep talking that s*** though. March 5 can't come close enough," Masvidal said.
