The golden feat came a day after Mangrobang toppled the triathlon competition alongside fellow Filipino Raven Alcoseba who placed third.
Mangrobang had a twin gold medal finish as well in the 2019 edition, dominating the individual triathlon and the mixed relay.
Meanwhile, another Filipino athlete in Alvin Campos delivered a bronze medal in the pencak silat men's tanding class F category.
