Carlos Yulo wins third gold after solid performance in rings

Carlos Yulo is already a triple gold medalist in the 31st Southeast Asian Games in Vietnam.

Yulo bagged his third gold after topping the rings finals on Sunday with 14.400 points.

Vietnam's Nguyen Van Kanh (13.800) and Thanh Tung Le (13.500) settled for the next two spots.

Prior to getting his third gold, Yulo missed the podium in the pommel horse, along with compatriot Jan Timbang.

In the women's uneven bars, Aleah Finnegan and Lucia Gabriel also missed the podium.

Yulo bagged the gold medals for individual all-around and the floor exercise.
