Karate's Jamie Lim, golfers bag SEA Games bronze medals
Karateka Jamie Lim on Wednesday nabbed a bronze medal in the 31st Southeast Asian Games in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Lim claimed the bronze after defeating Malaysia's Mathivani Murugeesan in the kumite individual women's 61-kg event.
Fellow karatekas Jayson Macaalay (men's 60kg kumite), John Vasquez (men's individual kata), and Rebecca Torres (women's individual kata) also won bronze medals.
Aside from the karatekas, golfers Lois Kaye Go, Rianne Malixi, and Mafy Singson also claimed a bronze in the women's team event.
