RSG PH catapults into MSC 2022 playoffs with pristine record

RSG Philippines completed a sweep of the group stages with another dominant 2-0 win this time against RSG Singapore, to take the top spot in Group B heading into the playoffs of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Southeast Asian Cup (MSC) 2022 on Saturday

They completely annihilated their Singaporean rivals in a performance that embodies their tag as the tournament's top dog. Earlier in the day, they also easily dismantled Cambodia's See You Soon with a similar 2-0 sweep.

The Philippine champions opted for an early game aggressive draft in Game 1 by snagging Fanny and Franco that paid dividends right away in scoring a commanding 9-0 kill lead by the 6th minute. Jonard Cedrix “Demonkite” Caranto (Fanny) was already at a 2-0-5 KDA at that point while Dylan “Light” Catipon (Franco) executed accurate Iron Hooks en route to a 3-0-3 KDA.

Not even a shutdown on Demonkite and Light in the 7th minute could stop the Philippines' rampage as they ran away with a massive 27-3 kill tally in a 14-minute conquest.

Demonkite's mechanical prowess on the Fanny was on full display as he finished with a stellar 7-1-8 KDA while LIght delivered another MVP performance with a 3-2-11 KDA.

It was the same story in Game 2 as RSG imposed their will on the hapless Singaporean squad, taking an 8-0 kill spread and a 5k net worth lead by the 8th minute.

They never looked back from there as RSG PH completed the sweep in just 13 minutes via an 18-2 kill domination.
