RSG Philippines emerged on top of winless teams with a 2-0 sweep of TNC Pro Team in Week 2 of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) Philippines Season 10 on Friday.

RSG was reeling from a 2-0 revenge loss to Omega in their season debut a week prior. They evened their win-loss card to 1-1 to join the middle of the standings.

The defending champions finally barged into the win column with a methodic Game 1 victory, starting off with a 4-0 kill spread by the 4th minute led by Arvie "Aqua" Antonio (Kagura) and Dylan "Light" Catipon's (Franco) nifty rotations en route to similar 0-0-3 KDAs.

TNC managed to hold on until the late game but RSG positioned Aqua deep into enemy jungle during a crucial 16th minute lord fight, helping the defending champions score a 2-0 wipe courtesy of Aqua's backline attack that shattered TNC's formation, 1-0.

The Phoenix army mounted a comeback in Game 2, banking on a 9th minute 4-1 team fight to secure the lord and take control of the map.

But Kenneth Jiane "Kenji" Villa (Uranus) provided continued disruptions on TNC, including a 15th minute aggression to deny a luminous lord take as RSG survived.

The game was pretty much at a stand still until RSG countered Daniel "SDzyz" Chu's (Hayabusa) luminous lord steal in the 28th minute with a 3-0 punish to finally put away the pesky TNC squad.

It was TNC's third straight loss, all via sweeps, to remain scoreless and get buried deep at the bottom of the standings with a 0-3 record.
