Hate returns in Week 4 but drops loss to RSG MY

Jaylord "Hate" Gonzales, who sat out Team SMG's Week 3 assignment, failed to help his team snap the skid in Week 4 after they fell to a surging RSG Malaysia, 2-0, in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) Malaysia on Friday.

He registered similar 1-1-3 KDAs in Game 1 (Julian) and Game 2 (Lunox) to serve as the only bright spot for the team that suffered from their third season loss.

Hate was again subbed out in their series against defending champions Todak two days later that Team SMG swept, 2-0, to barge back into the win column.

The former Onic Philippines midlaner will have a chance to redeem himself in Week 5 as Team SMG tries to assert their dominance over cellar-dwelling Suhaz Esports.
