Echo dethroned RSG Philippines via a 3-1 victory in the lower bracket finals of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) Philippines Season 10 on Saturday.

With the win, they take the last Philippine ticket to the M4 World Championship and will contest the MPL PH S10 title against two-time champion Blacklist International.

Jonard Cedrix “Demonkite” Caranto (Karina) started the opener red hot, taking two quick kills as RSG lorded over the early game but Echo responded with five unanswered kills courtesy of Tristan “Yawi” Cabrera's (Chou) set-up plays.

They continued on rampage with another 2-0 pick off in the 9th minute to secure the lord.

Benedict “Bennyqt” Gonzales (Beatrix) completed Echo's dominant display with a triple kill during a 16th minute 5-0 wipe out to pull ahead 1-0.

Echo resumed the dominance early in Game 2 courtesy of a 7-3 kill spread but suffered from a 2-0 wipe during the 9th minute lord fight then another 4-3 exchange during the 12th minute lord as RSG completely reversed a 6k net worth deficit.

Yawi (Chou) once again came to the rescue with pinpoint Way of the Dragon set-up plays, starting with a flicker Jeet Kun Do on a split-pushing Nathanael “Nathzz” Estrologo (Paquito) then another similar combo deep within RSG's inhibitor turret in the winding moments to pick off Arvie “Aqua” Antonio (Yve) that crippled their base turret defense, 2-0.

He took the MVP of the match honors with a 2-2-8 KDA.

Game 3 boiled down to a 15th minute sequence where Echo employed a three-man ambush on Nathzz (Esmeralda) in the botlane but RSG punished them with a pick off on Bennyqt (Beatrix) that they finished off with two more kill in the ensuing lord fight.

Dylan "Light" Catipon (Chou), who provided nifty set-ups all game long, capped off his solid performance with another set-up play in the winding moments to force an extension, 2-1.

In Game 4, Echo started to build momentum after taking a 3-0 wipe off a 2nd minute turtle fight then Sanford “Sanford” Vinuya (Dyrroth) took the spotlight in during a 9th minute lord fight where he scored a pick off then outplayed two RSG members to take another kill before going down in a 1-on-3 affair.

Echo secured the next luminous lord and displayed superb mechanical display during the base turret invasion to finish off RSG.
