LIVE UPDATES | Philippines at the 2024 Paris Olympics: August 7, 2024 - Bianca Pagdanganan, Dottie Ardina, John Ceniza, Nesthy Petecio

Three more Philippines athletes will open their respective campaigns on Wednesday at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Golfers Bianca Pagdanganan and Dottie Ardina will compete in the golf tournament,  while weightlifter John Ceniza will also compete in the men's 61kg event.

Meanwhile, on early Thursday, boxer Nesthy Petecio will try to advance to the gold medal round of the women's 57kg event. Petecio is already assured of a bronze medal as she punched a semis slot against Poland's Julia Szeremeta.
